One Pan Brussels Sprouts

My family never liked Brussels sprouts until I made these! You can quickly make them in one pan so clean up is a breeze! They're savory, tender and filling! You will have everyone saying, "you made me like Brussels sprouts now!"

 20 oz Brussel Sprouts (2 bags frozen)
 4 oz Bacon
 1 tbsp Honey
 1 dash Black Pepper
 1 cup Water

Note: this recipe works great with fresh or frozen Brussels Sprouts. If using frozen, you can thaw or cook while frozen.

You will need a large frying pan for this recipe.

Gather all ingredients, if using fresh Brussels Sprouts, wash/clean under cool water.

Fry bacon until crispy. Remove from pan and place aside on plate. Do not wash out pan.

With pan still hot, add Brussels Sprouts into pan with Bacon grease! Add 1/2 of water, stir occasionally until Brussels are tender. (add more water as needed)

Add honey, a dash of pepper. Crumble bacon into pan and let simmer for 1 minute. (Optional) Save a couple pieces for garnish on-top.

Remove from heat and serve while hot. They taste great alone and along with your favorite hearty dishes!
